  11.       When you have a question about the system you will usually want to
  12.       leave a message to the SysOp.  PCBoard provides a method by which you
  13.       can easily enter a message to the SysOp without worrying who the
  14.       message should be addressed to.  Before the actually leaving the
  15.       message, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to leave a comment
  16.       to the SysOp.  If you answer with a "Y" then you will be taken directly
  17.       into the message editor.

  19.       When the message is saved it will be placed into the current conference
  20.       unless this system is configured to Force COMMENTS-to-the-Sysop into
  21.       Main (Conference #0).
